We develop a plan for implementation that includes a a communication strategy, a training plan, and a risk management plan. Implementation: We implement the change plan and provide support to the organisation, including leadership and executive level reporting throughout the change process.
Program rescue: We help organisations "rescue" programmes that are off track. We assess the program, identify the root causes of the problems, and develop a plan for getting the programme back on track.
